Queensland Teachers’ Credit Union (QTCU), Online Banking Broken

Arrrrr !!! It’s so frustrating when you go to pay some bills and your bank’s web site is broken as is the case with QTCU. I tried around lunchtime and then again at 7PM and it’s still broken.
To make matters worse when I called the QTCU call centre I was told it “was down for maintenance” and that it would be up again tomorrow.
I’ve never heard of a 16 hour maintenance window, nor have I seen a down for maintenance message that has the word error in it. I suspect the good folk in the call centre were give a story to spin from the marketing geniuses to tell unhappy customers like me. Why not tell the truth? We aren’t all idiots and would rather than get the truth than be fed bullshit.
Come on QTCU, lift your game!
PS If someone in the know at QTCO knows the truth, please leave a comment with a fictitious e-mail address.
